Sidebar in wrong place

The sidebar on my site will not move to the top of the page? See link here: http://topic.ie/

sidebar has to be part of the “row”

in other words it works better to do it this way

[row [col one ] [ col sidebar ] ]
[col one modules]
[col one modules]

[row [widecol] ]

etc.

I’m sorry I’m not familiar with coding of any kind.
Where would I do this exactly?

You need to use visual composer.

You don’t need to keep posting the same topic over and over, btw.
