Sidebar not appearing on Widget Settings

Hi there, my sidebars is not showing up at my Widget page.

Please check our documentation regarding the sidebar set up: https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/ This is from Newspaper theme but it applies on Newsmag as well. Also try top deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Id the problem persist please provide your site url so i can take a closer look at this issue.
