Sidebar widgets on page

Hi, tagDiv, I wish to insert a widgetised sidebar on a page, if you can help me. It is a predifined page in the underfooter, specifically this: https://www.ecsr.ro/despre-noi/. The page was not created, but imported along with one of the Newspaper templates. Thank you.
