Since updating this morning I can no longer edit composer pages, I get the error below. None of the elements are editable.

Make sure that the update procedure went smoothly as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

As it’s a live site I’ve cloned it and deactivated all plugins except tag div composer.
I still get the error:

switching from my child theme works, but what could be wrong with my child theme?
it was the footer, you’ve ripped out lots of stuff so my custom footer needed updating.
