Single image "size" field not working

Hello,

I am testing your Newspaper theme for a new site I might be publishing and I have a weird problem. When I insert a “single image” into a column and choose “size: small” it has no effect when the page is published. The image stays full size.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

Hi,

That could happen if both WPBakery page builder and the tagDiv composer are active at the same time. Single images will be affected by both the composers. So you should decide which page builder you are going to use and deactivate the other.

We strongly recommend the tagDiv composer, as future features will only be available with it. Like the multi-purpose elements and settings and the new Cloud template plugin

P.S. Probably also related – WP bakery works on Pages but not on Posts. A quirk of WP Bakery or the Newspaper theme?

If absolutely required and if you decided to continue using WPBakery, you can enable the support for posts in the plugin settings

We do not recommend this however, more so if you should in the future switch to the tagDiv composer
