Hi,

In pages a sidebar can be defined in two ways. Either split the row and add the elements directly, like this – http://prntscr.com/mhably
Or use a sidebar widget element and choose from your available sidebar widgets

If you choose the widget sidebar method, you can use the social counter

For ads there are ad box widgets, and a recent posts can be any block widget sorted by latest.

There will be ad boxes for the ads, and also many block types with many filtering and sorting options to display the latest posts
