how can I set border radius for featured image in single post.

You can achieve that by editing the single image element using the tagDiv Composer as you can see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/oHKMKB5j
You might need to import a cloud template for the posts before. Follow our tutorial here in order to make your post pages fully editable: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

actually I need to set image radius for all the images used in an article. (including feature image)

Unfortunately that option is not available at the moment. Neither wordpress or Newspaper theme can offer this.
