Unfortunately, I do not understand the “problems” from the screenshot, but from your description, it is related to WordPress suggestions to improve the website, for example using a cache plugin that will help you make the website faster.
You can try Wp Super cache (is good but not so powerful), or if you prefer a premium plugin you can use the WP Rocket cache plugin.
Also, please disable and delete all plugins that you are not using.
