Works fine if I swap theme so seems to be the update

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

All settings seem to be within the requirements. Is there much different from version 9 as was working fine?
Wordpress is version 5.2.4–en_GB
PHP version: 7.3.6
MySQL Server version: 10.2.27
If I remove all plug-ins and have just your theme plug-ins it’s a blank white page (and the message comes back with the WP User Avatar plugin activated again)

Indeed there is an issue with header style 4. You can either use another header template for the moment or edit the file located in : wp-content\plugins\td-standard-pack\Newspaper\parts\header\header-style-4.php – On line 27 as you can see in this picture: https://www.screencast.com/t/i5PmkOVF8I0
