Hello
http://www.pagalparrot.com is on dedicated server , and its loading really slow , i have other sites on same server loading very fast , is it a theme issue ???

Hi,
If you have so many resources you cannot stop this error, but you can use the tagDiv Speed Booster plugin to move the css and js at the bottom of the page and try to avoid the page render blocking: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/pagespeed-guide/
Also you can read Christopher tutorial – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-chriss-custom-optimizations-for-functions-php-etc/ and you could try to also test this without plugins and check to see if you noticed any differences.
