Can you please let us know how to activate the slider in our homepage using the Big Grid 3. We were using category with articles as filter, but it dint worked. We tested with several categories. Any suggestions?

Please notice that the Big Grid 3 has not slide function but only static. So, if you want to achieve the slider effect, please notice that you will have to use the Big Grid Slider from Visual Composer in order to achieve as you wish, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/Dffb2hgOR4 and then please ensure that you category filter has enough posts.

Sorry the slider option is not important for us.
The only problem we have is that there is no content in this element, no matter what category we set in “filter” it wont worked. We tried to look it up in the demo, but no success.
We just want to load some content in Big Grid 3.

Please ensure that this problem does not come from your untested plugins and try to disable all of them to rule out the conflicting plugins and then please ensure that you have correctly set it from own block settings according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
