“Dear customer, from the checks carried out the slowdowns on the MySQL database were caused by the plugin tagDiv Composer which executes slow queries on the wp_postmeta concatenated with multiple inner joins on the same type table: the table in question has over 1 million rows as can be seen from the MySQL database.

I recommend replacing the blocks 1-25 with flex blocks and big grid with big grid flex.
Also, please use cloud templates and after disable the tagDiv Stanrd pack plugin.

question in the wp_option tables the plugins with the newspapper theme do they have an initial like wp_options like akp_default_media_type, this is an old plugin I am cleaning out the old stuff, only thing we are using now is with the theme , wanted to make sure I don’t delete anything from the theme

This akp_default_media_type, is not from the theme, so you can delete it.
Also, what I can recommend id to reduce the backups from the theme panel -> import/export -> https://i.imgur.com/Xw4uhN0.png and check after.
