Smart Lists – HELP NEEDED!

I love the smart lists : )

What I want is for the Smart list to create a list from the H4 tags. Which it does. But I can’t figure out a way to end the Smart List.

The code I need to close the last H4 tag in the list is : </div></div></div> but WordPress keeps stripping this out from the editor.

Is there a way to tell the Smart List to end at a certain point in the article?

Say I have a Top 10. The smart list is an awesome way for users to flick through them at the start of the article. Then I want to talk about each individually underneath to bulk out the article and provide extra information.

At the moment, the Smart List hijacks the page and can’t be used as an element on it’s own. Or can it?
