Hi. I like your theme a lot, but unfortunately I can’t make facebook in Social Counter works. I read the tutorial and I did all steps, but still doesn’t work, it still shows “0” in facebook display. Could you please help me?

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using an older version of the theme, like as Newspaper 6.6.5. Please keep in mind that our theme has changed a lot until now and if you will have to bring best results you will have to update your theme to the latest version of it (Newspaper 7.4) with come bundled with the latest version of required plugins which is Social Counter 4.1 and Visual Composer 4.12.1. Try to update your theme via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ , clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Please keep in mind that our theme is continuously developing and you will have to keep up the theme updatings to bring best results in theme.

I followed up what you told me and update the theme and the plugins, just like you told me, but Social Counter still doesn´t work with the facebook app. Do you have any idea?, What it could be happening?, Could you please help me? I guess that your Facebook ID is not correct. Please try to delete it and try to use only the numeric ID without characters, clear all your caches and check the results. -> http://screencast.com/t/6PRU6euY

You were right, it’s the Facebook ID, I’m sorry but I didn’t create that page and I think it is weird that they put special characters to the ID, but I did what you told me and it works now, I appreciate a lot your help.
