I have 10k + likes https://www.facebook.com/crushingcorporate
but the counter on my page http://www.crushingcorporate.com/ still says 6936 likes
i have cleared cookies and cache and it has made no difference. please help fix

Hello,
The plugin is not a live count and it is affected by caching. If you have a strong cache in place, it will affect the counter and provide a big delay. Now it has been updated: https://www.screencast.com/t/AGE2IzQCZe4
Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also please contact your host and have them disable any hosting side cache.
