Social Counter not working!

Hey,

What’s going on here my Facebook Access Token is stuck on “Please wait…”. The theme was updated and social counter plugin re-installed. Need help.

Actually nevermind, I just noticed that you released a 7.8.1. I am running on 7.8. Why doesn’t this theme automatically update like every other theme??

How do I update the theme without damaging anything I have on the website currently? Easiest way.

Hi,

You can update the theme using one of these methods

One of them is an automatic update process, if you choose to use it please follow the steps described. Please also update all the plugins bundled in the theme package and then configure the social counter again

There should be no damage to the website when you update the theme, but it is recommended to always make a backup to your website just to be safe, in case something goes wrong.
