Social Counter not working properly

I’m just starting up a site with this theme, which I love btw great job. The issue I am having is with the social counter. It’s not showing the current followers on Twitter, nor is it linking to YouTube Correct. It does the correct followers for youTube but when you click the subscribe button it says there is no channel.

Anyone know how I can correct the twitter follower not showing or the YouTube Subscribe link not working??

For twitter just put in your @name without the @

works for me on all sites with no issues.

I don’t have the @ symbol in the settings.

try lowercase .. stupid as it sounds,
make sure no space after ID

possible twitter has your IP blocked or some other bizarre thing…

double check the page source on the actual page to make sure the right code is actually showing in the HTML source …

likely a conflict with jetpack or one of the many many plugins you’re running….

you might need to turn them off to see which one is conflicting ….

I fixed both the issues. I wasn’t a plugin that was causing it. After disabling all plugins like you suggested it still would not work properly.

YouTube issue was caused by the subscribe button linking to youtube.com/user I changed this in the php file to youtube.com/channel and it corrected the issue.

The Twitter was a similar issue I had to edit the php file and change the api keys. Once I did this, it worked perfectly.
