Social Counter Plugin is not updating

I am having problem with my social counter plugin that it is not updating according to the recent stats in website http://WWW.PAKDEFENSE.COM? What should I do to correct this flaw?

Hi,

From what I can see the Facebook like page is inaccessible to users not logged in

Following the Facebook link in the counter when logged leads to this screen

The counter will not work if the like page has restrictions. The page must be public.

The Google+ is not configured properly, enter the necessary information like this
