SOCIAL COUNTER PLUGIN NOT RESPONDING

I have done everything you indicated, I have updated and even registered the name of the social networks in the TagDiv panel, but it still counts 0 users on all the social medias.
I don’t know what’s going on, could you give me a hand?
The users shown now are the ones that appear in the fixed count and that I have manually set, not the real ones…

Hi kumel69,
The social counter id needs to be set using the tagDiv Composer , also fo some of social counter you need to set in the theme panel social api – https://i.imgur.com/5ClKufJ.png – https://i.imgur.com/KGaBwg7.png – https://i.imgur.com/vXZcm8K.png also it is possible to have set the social counter element in widgets for a sidebar – https://i.imgur.com/08ZdBwC.png – https://i.imgur.com/Ass3AvZ.png

Aparently i’ve done everything and it still doesn’t count. Something is happening but i don’t know what is it.

It started to work suddenly. Maybe it the CF cache i’ve flushed.

Yes, if you have a cache, this needs to be cleared to display the new values.
