I have tested this on my end with your site and adblock activated and it does not happen, the social counter displays properly – https://www.screencast.com/t/Dr5L2fi3r
Make sure you have updated the social counter to the latest version which comes bundled with the theme. More about the theme update here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
