Social Media Sharing buttons are not visible in blog posts

Hi,

great theme!

However I have an issue with the possibility to add sharing buttons to my posts.

Under Theme Panel > Post Settings > Sharing > Social Networks I can only select naver, but not twitter or facebook or whatever. Please check out the screenshot:

How can I add those??

How can I access the folder structure in your screenshot? I tried via wordpress > appearence, but I cannot find td_first_install.php there…

This problem is not just when you are upgrading from previous versions: I just bought the theme (version 10.2), install it on a brand new wordpress installation, and also missing the social brands to choose in the panel, there were just “Naver”.

I solved following the screencast, but just to let you know it’s not just with updates, also with new installations.

Why have the Social Media Sharing buttons been removed?

I did build a site for someone with Newspaper 2 months ago and then they were available.

Now I bought the theme again to build another site and except for Facebook all the buttons are gone.

How is that an upgrade?

I am very sorry but I am a super beginner. How do I get to the screen to fix the code?

I figured it out. CPanel is where I found it, just in case there are other newbies like me out there…

I had the same issue here where the only social media network appearing was ‘naver’. I’m a brand new customer.

I did the fix above to edit the plugin, but now my Theme Panel won’t allow me to save the choice of social media networks I want. It just reverts right back to FB-Twitter-Pintrest-Whatsapp.

How did you find the directory?

You weren’t very detailed, someone who’s new to this wouldn’t have any idea what you’re talking about.

To fix this issue, go to your back-end on WordPress then hover over “Plugins” and select “Plugin Editor”. In the top-right corner you’ll see a drop-down, select “tagDiv Composer”, now on the right side of the screen, navigate to Legacy>common>wp_booster>td_first_install.php. Now scroll down and change the values as the moderator was nice enough to post a screenshot, https://www.screencast.com/t/HGX40TlcJgb . Make sure you undo your changes after the social button show up.

However, you’ll still won’t be able to get Whatsapp or any of the other buttons to work.
