The stay connected widget on the homepage which we have used in http://www.bmcelections.com, it shows the number of twitter followers correctly but when we give the fb page link, it shows 0 fans, even though we have over 600 fans?
Why is that so?
Our fb page is http://www.facebook.com/electionstation
Also, we created a widget in twitter so that we can embed our timeline on our website. But when we put that code on the site, it does not show the tweets? Can you advise why?

Please make sure you use the latest version of Social Counter provided with the theme 4.1. If you need to update it, you can find it in plugins folder from the theme package that you download from themeforest – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/ and make sure you have configured it properly using the api key, check this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
If it still doesn’t work please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access so we can take a closer look. Let the Social Counter configured with your api key. Also paste a link to this topic.
