Thanks Anamaria, but that solution doesn’t append to the social media icons that are defined. Can you please add it to the next update of Newspaper? Might be handy to add some ’empty’ sharing referrers so that in future we can create their logo’s ourselves in case we like to use a soc media channel that is nog part of your predefined list?

You can add it with tagdiv Composer, from the front end as I described above. Also, for mobile, you can use a modal popup element for the menu.

Sorry stupid question, but how do I actually upload or add a custom icon? I don’t see anywhere to get the icon I want into the custom icon options. There is one icon in the custom icon panel – a bookmark icon, but how can I add my own icons in there?

You can add your own SVG icons in Manager(Website Manager) -> Custom SVG Icons -> https://i.imgur.com/osBYDTS.png then it can be used on all elements that have social icons https://i.imgur.com/B133kLo.png

The availability of a DIY workaround solution is a great option; however, it would be even more beneficial if TagDiv considered officially adding Mastodon and other newer social networks to their list. Updating the list to include these while phasing out outdated platforms in a future update would improve usability, especially for users who aren’t developers and prefer ready-to-use features.
