Social Tag Div issue

Hi

I am trying to activate the tagdiv social plug in and have followed the instructions you have shown.When i click get Facebook Access Token Get Access Token it says please wait and then does not fill out. You tutorial is slightly different to what i see when i try to add the app via the fb developer. Please could you help out

Hi,

We are aware of this issue, not being able to get the Facebook access token for the social counter. A fix was made available here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/problem-with-facebook-social-counter/
Please try to remove your current social counter, download the new plugin version and also clear the browser cache, then try to configure the social counter again. This is tested and works properly.

hi

have done all as explained and this time it did accept straight away… however still seeing a 0 —- do i have to be in the actual facebook account for the actual page i am wanting to link to? or can i use my own and just install the facebook name i.e cheltenham?
