some functions cannot be saved

I am having issues with my site, most of the times I cannot save, it just keep going on and on.

Sometimes when I go to the site first header downloads, then I have to refresh the page to get the balance of the page.

Most of the time when I go to do a new task like adding a box or anything, opening a page, it becomes blank then I have to refresh the page, after refreshing it always download and page works perfectly.

For most of the functions I have to keep refreshing the image, when I save it is not saved, can you please solve this issues.

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Please add this code in the .htaccess , file at the end of the file:

<IfModule mod_substitute.c> SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M </IfModule>
