Are you referring to the category pages? Those should only show the posts that are assigned to the respective category. Please provide some examples, with links if possible, where that behavior can be seen.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
