Speed Booster + Gravity Forms

I would like to utilize Tagdiv’s speed booster however it says it cannot be activated due to a conflict with Gravity Forms?

What is the conflict and is there a workaround?

We require Gravity Forms for specific uses. I understand this plugin is not “supported” but I want to know if I can still safely use the speedbooster and how to bypass this?

Hello modaestrat,

Notice that the speed booster is an optional plugin which can be activated in the same way as you install a new plugin.
The Speed Booster works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/
Unfortunately, the time doesn’t allow us tot provide any custom and optimization services. We provide support only for the theme related issues based on Envato support policy – https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy I suggest to get someone to help you if you want to optimize your site.

Thanks for your understanding!

Can I disable this using a child theme?

Will the fix you link to break after update?

I imagine after theme/plugin update, this workaround will no longer work or will have to be done again.

Hello modaestrat,

For more information about how the type of files can be overwritten with the child theme, please consult our useful guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/ and please notice that not any file can be overwritten by the child theme, sorry! Each theme update will overwrite all the theme code and if you have some customization through these, all of these will be lost.

Thanks for the message!
