Speed Booster incompatible with iThemes Security Plugin

Hi,
I have just install Newspaper theme, and when I install Speed Booster plugin, I received an attention in “system status” like this:
Speed Booster: v4.9 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: better-wp-security/better-wp-security.php

I don’t know how to fix this problem!
Please help me!
