First of all, the above plugins which you mean, are not tested with our theme, and we have no idea about the theme behavior with these, sorry!
As you can see, the speed booster will be automatically disabled if you will use some untested plugins. The Speed Booster is an optional plugin, and it works only with the tested plugins.If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status.
