Speed Booster v4.9.1 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: leverage-browser-caching/leverage-
browser-caching.php i would like to know the one compatible with the 8.7 version

The Speed booster plugin has a predefined plugin check list built in it. If it detects plugins that are not part of this list it will deactivate itself. This is intended because it could cause other plugins to not function correctly.
This check could be deactivated like this

Then check if everything works properly with your other plugins.
