Start "Latest Posts" after the 5th most recent

Hi,

I have two sections of “Latest Posts” on my home page at http://www.retirewire.com. I have two sections, because I wanted the layout of the top one to be different than the layout after the top one.

My question is – is there a way to make the second “Latest Posts” section start at the 5th most recent post so the posts aren’t duplicated?

You can achieve it through avoid duplicates function in the page builder

Thanks! I use Visual Composer to build pages. Is the “avoid duplicates” function somewhere in VC? Or is it in some other page builder. I’m looking but don’t see it.
