Sticky menu on mobile

Hi,
I have some issue here to get mobile menu stay on top at all time (regardless scroll up/down).
And i have done the following setting, did I miss out anything?

Header -> Main Menu -> Sticky Menu
Set to Always sticky – Stays at the top of the page.

I’m using Header Style 4.

I tried this setting as stated in my question, but when I scroll down, mobile menu gone till I scroll up a little then it appear again.

It does not always stick on top. I can pass my WP account for you to take a quick look if required. Let me know how?

The mobile theme will only show content of pages created with the mobile editor.
