I’m a little disappointed : There is a strange effect of ‘slide’ in all of the page, not post, like here :

There is a link with WP-Rocket but I do not find how to turn this effect of.

Hi,
Could be caused by the Cloudflare rocket loader, same as in this topic

That is usually the case, disabling it should solve the sliding issue
