Strange errors: "Use of undefined constant" & "Cannot modify header information"

Hello,

I created a new site (I am having a multisite), and I got these errors/warnings on a blank white page, when I went to see the sites’ panel:

Please check the Requirements for Newspaper and make sure that all requirements are well set.
