Super Cache or Nginx or Both?

I have a dedicated server with Nginx but I got keywords dropping badly cause of this in an attachment. So I wonder what is better to put Nginx or super cache as I was testing something and didn’t have any as the server is pretty good, but something happened and nothing is good anymore

So what is the best to use cause seems like posts are loading slow. Nginx or super cache or both for this theme?

I mean it’s an Apache server with Nginx caching

hi, I am using a dedicated server with Nginx too. Can I learn please which attachment you mention above? I had some issues with keywords and slow indexing
