Support Hours

I posted a few questions couple days back and waited till Sunday. Now Monday is over and nobody’s doing anything.

The last response was 19 hours ago by Ana. If it’s a holiday or there’s an issue or problem, I think the customers should be informed beforehand.

Also, I have a question. Is this how the support system and structure going to be forever? I mean is there no planning to deal with this ugly forum, hours and days long waiting period, lack of options to share sensitive information, etc? This system is terribly inefficient.

It’s about time you changed the theme pricing model to annual for all customers.
