Hi,
1) This is caused by the mobile theme. The smartlists get converted to a standard smartlist that has no swipe function. Lots of things get converted on the mobile theme to reduce as much of the load as possible and provide faster response. That is because our demo does not have the mobile theme activated. if you want to use the responsive version for mobile devices and have visual composer and all of your styling on mobile, then please deactivate the mobile theme from the plugins section.
