Hello,

after switching PHP from version 7.4 to 8.0 in single posts I get three times the warning

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /***/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single/tdb_single_content.php on line 449

How can I fix this?

Hello @be2name!

Please re-install the tagdiv Cloud Library. Edit an article with the TagDiv Composer and check if you have any wrong value in the Tagdiv Composer’s settings called “undefined”. If you have them please delete them.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue or something that can interfere in our theme, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you!

Hello Bettina,
I disabled all plugins except the tagdiv ones and reinstalled the Cloud Library. The problem still exists.
So how exactly can I find out, which of the Single Template’s value exactly causes this problem? I don’t see any value named “undefined”.

Hi be2name,
So if you set back the php 7.4 the problem is resolved? If is so, then if you agree, we’ll like to take a look at this. As far as I know all the support team is using php 8, but until now we didn’t have this problem, maybe there is a special case that is not treated and if you agree we’ll check it and our developers will fix it. For this you need to make a full backup for your website and database and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide wp-admin and cPanel and also include as many details as you can about this problem.
Thank you!

Hello Calin,
yes, the warnings do not appear under php 7.4.
It’s no problem, I have a staging-site, so your developers can savely look into this problem. I’ll send a mail to the support.
