I updated to 9.2.1 .. now the tag div composer is no longer available to modify my homepage. Also there was extra short code and one of the elements was screwed up. I deleted the code in the page editor to clean it up for now. What is going on here??

I also no longer have the live CSS option.. so edits I made there are no longer effective
