Hello, the tag div composer keeps randomly deactivating. I downloaded the theme two days ago and it has happened about 4 times and I go to the homepage and its all broken and I have to re-activate it. Maybe it’s a plugin that keeps affecting it? But I have no clue how to find out which one it is. My site is nyunews.com. Thanks!

Also you can try to deactivate plugins one by one, and test if is from plugins, please be notice that our theme was tested only with some plugins ( https://www.screencast.com/t/i6vQvn5e ).

Thank you Calin, I am checking now about those sever requirements. I was wondering if there were any other ways to discover plugin conflicts? The thing is we have quite a few plugins that are important to our content and since the tagDiv plugin only deactivates 1-2 times a day it would be hard to test each plugin.

The server meets all the minimum requirements and I have configured the theme as suggested. My php version is 7.2
Unfortunately, my issue has not been resolved either and I have configured the theme as suggested. I sent along my FTP information and was told “unfortunately it is hard to identify exactly why this happens.” And it is still happening.
This is pretty disappointing, and such a good theme appears troublesome because it randomly breaks due to the plugins getting deactivated. Perhaps a close look on why it is happening and a patch update is required.
Maybe not related to your issue but tonight I solved a major headache with TD Composer update and various weird stuff that started happening. It turned out that server resources that were enough before are not enough anymore. Probably not much of a difference, but still. I cranked up max_input_vars and WP_MEMORY_LIMIT and that did it.

Hi calin. I’ve tried everything and this issue keeps returning, and I’m getting frustrated as I really like this theme. The WP memory limit is 128 MB and max_input_vars is 1000. Server configuration is higher than minimum requirement. So what is missing?

Please deactivate the composer, delete it from theme, go on themeforest login and get the theme with all file and install the td composer.
If the problem is still there please increase WP memory limit to 256 MB max_input_vars at last at 2000

I increased the memory limit and max_input_vars to numbers you had given, and the problem is still there. The plugin got deactivated just a while back – third time in a day. It is getting very frustrating. How can I get the old version of the theme as that was working without this problem?
Also, you didn’t answer if putting the plugins in mu-plugins folder of multisite will solve the issue
