TagDiv Cloud Library not working on 9.5

Hello,

The plugin tagdiv cloud library stop working on my website, if I click on cloud templates the site goes into error 500, i have set the WP limits correctly but it seems that there is an incompatibility with the tagDiv Composer, as soon as this plugin is disabled Cloud Library seems to work. Can you help me please?

Hi,

First please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.

The system is ok, all the requirements are satisfied but the plugin does not work

Hi,

If all system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache, and make sure that you have tagDiv Composer activate.
