TagDiv Cloud Library stuck on "installing"

Hello

I am trying to install templates for different pages on my site but it get stuck on “installing”

Just before doing that I had no problem to import a new footer template…

Hello,

Usually, this error appears when the requirements aren’t set like in our guide, please make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
please increase all lower requirements and follow all steps => https://www.screencast.com/t/3eF7oKMSOr2J
Also, make sure that you do not have extra plugins that interfere with the theme.

hello Maria,

I check and corrected every requirement… it still doesnt work
I just cannot update suhosin.request.max_vars… it’s set at 1000 on my shared server

And another weird thing is that TagDiv composer doesn’t work anymore… while it was working fine yesterday… I cannot add new elements anymore…

All this was working yesterday since I made some changes on my homepage… I even downloaded a new footer from the cloud library

And this error appears when I try to do something

Hello,

Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins on a staging website, because there is a possibility, to be a plugin conflict, and see if the problem persists.

I removed tagdiv composer and reinstalled it and now it works !
