I’m having some issues with the TagDiv Composer. Everytime I click on “Edit with TagDiv Composer” it sends me to the 404’s theme page. I’ve searched on other threads and it looks it hasn’t happened before, sorry if this question has already been answered.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

Good morning and sorry for the Delay,
I disabled all plug-ins and the one causing the conflict is the TgDiv Cloud Library đ
If I disable it, it shows random code on the frontpage
If I enable it, I can’t access to the editor
Hi StormShadow, this is quite a situation! There should be no problem between theme plugins, there must be something that is interfering, maybe some settings, I do not know, but, we’ll like to investigate this situation and see from where it is to can fix it. If you are agree, then please make a full backup for your website and database and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com, include the link of this topic and add the wp-admin and cPanel access.
