Hi, when I click on TagDiv Composer a white screen is on the right-hand side and I can’t drag any elements.

If the left sidebar don’t appear ( https://www.screencast.com/t/qsnv1IwHIIG ) please remove the tagdiv composer and reinstall it, after that if the problem persist please deactivate all plugins that are not tested on our theme ( https://www.screencast.com/t/DYCrLXesOL7c ) , also you can check if you use visual composer to build that page, because you should not use both composers on the same page ( please read more about it here https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ ).

The list of plugins that are currently active are: Regenerate Thumbnails, WP Super Cache, Yoast SEO, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Social Counter.

Why you do not list all the possible causes listed in the enclosed documentation (which I already know) all at once, to accelerate the times a little … every day that passes is a day of delay in delivering for me and my client.
