Errors at elements: 3(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I use the newsletter and WPML together, and when I log on to the newly created language page to modify the theme, I get this error message and I can’t fix it. Is there a way to solve it?
1.Every time I modify the main page, the new Language page can’t be modified because of this problem.
2. If you delete both the main language page and the other language page and recreate it, it will be solved, but if I correct it again, the same problem will occur again.
I wish I could modify each without deleting it, what should I do?
Thank you.
Hi,
In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 3(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
Also, this seems to be a new kind of problem and we like to make some investigation if you are agreed to send us – WP admin link and credentials at contact@tagdiv.com.(Please make a full backup before sending the email)
Thank you!
I have the same problem! It’s a nightmare, please help me!
Hi,
@unixmen I’m glad that you managed to solve the problem.
@Helpmetech Please make sure that all theme requirements are set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Does the problem only appear on certain posts/pages or on all of them?
Thank you!
My homepage already has more than 200MB of PHP memory. I think we need time to change after modification. It may or may not work in a few hours. It’s been resolved after a while. Thank you.
