TagDiv Composer – mobile view not showing

Hello Team TagDiv!

I have created a page for the local elections – wokinghampaper.com/vote2018 – using TagDiv Composer.
It works fine on desktop, but not on mobile.

I have looked at the settings of the elements and I think they have all been set to SHOW correctly – column, row, item – all set to SHOW on mobile view.

But it’s not showing!

Please can you suggest some pointers so I can get this working.

This happens because you use the mobile theme plugin. Please read this guide to learn about the mobile theme and it’s functionality. https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you Bogdan I value your help. I hope you all enjoy your holiday tomorrow!

I had the mobile theme activiated. I switched it off and cleared the cache but am still unable to see the page I created.

Do I need to change any other settings?

If you disabled the mobile theme, the page should be visible unless you still have it cached in the cdn or a hosting side cache.
Please check if you have any other cache and if you still cannot see the page afterwards, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can have a look.

Forgot to clear the cache on the website! It is working now, thanks Bogdan 🙂
