tagDiv Composer not accessible in header

Hi guys
I am able to resolve the “disappearance” and lack of access to tagDiv Composer while I’m customising my Newspaper theme.
I have followed the forum advice on server requirements, php settings/parameters and updated all via my host.
I have today also updated to the latest version of Newspaper including the tagDiv plug-ins (successfully activated).
It appears that despite updating the WP Memory-Limit to 256M (via my host, checked/double-checked) the changes are not being recognised in my System Status report — this remains as an “amber” box and defaulted to 40M. All other settings have updated to “green” boxes ok.
What else can I try? What am I missing?
FYI I am using WP 5.5.3, PHP 7.2.34, Apache/Nginx
Many thanks!

Hello!

First make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, check this: https://www.screencast.com/t/M1giqZPrZhttps://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also make sure if the settings are reflected in your System status.
If the server requirements are met, please use the TagDiv Composer and if the problem is still there, contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:

– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– A link to this topic in order to identify you

Our team will take a look !

Thank you!
