I would like also to delete headlines from about one page and keep them on other pages. How can I change headlines only on one page?
I have tried it many times and it changes headlines of all pages.

Let’s take them one at a time. What exactly do you mean by generating visuals? if you could provide some examples maybe and more details about it it would be helpful.
All pages can be created and designed as you wish. That means that each page can have a different page template

I mean by visuals that during building my page in TagDiv I cannot see visually see what I have created before. I can only see HTML in my TagDiv composer.

So the composer is not working properly for you. The elements once placed in the page should look exactly as they will be on the actual saved page

I would suggest to first deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and clear all caching. Try the composer on a new page and see if this still happens. Check the theme system status section

If needed ask your hosting provider to increase the parameters mentioned in the guide, especially the WP memory.
Also try deactivating and removing the composer plugin, and install it again from the theme plugins section
