tagdiv composer not working

I recently downloaded and installed the theme, downloaded the demo (lifestyle blog), activated the theme, and now tagdiv composer won’t open. I have tried this on two different computers. When I click on tagdiv composer I get an error stating the server dropped the connection. I’m new to WordPress and thought that this would be easier than this.

Hi,

First please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it to a value of double you already have if possible.

Please add this code in the .htaccess file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>

If there are still some problem please provide some screenshots and some details about them ( in what cases you get them ).
