My team recently purchased the Newspaper 9 theme and, after going through all of the tutorials, we are unable to locate the tagdiv composer – anywhere. It is not displaying anywhere on the theme, when we go in to create pages, edit pages, posts, etc. It is showing as ‘installed’ but we are having real difficulty finding it to begin building out our site.
Any all assistance would be GREATLY appreciated!

You can check the sate of the tagDiv Composer in Newspaper>Plugins -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Q26JFGpGyS and when you want to edit a page with tagdiv Composer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/MAjft4jso -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2LxKg4V5
Also is possible that you have some plugins that are not compatible with tagDiv Composer, please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem please provide some screenshots , in this way I will be able to provide you a better answer.

I was able to actually fix it up on my own late last night. Thank you for this info though. I appreciate it.
Alternatively, none of the photos are displaying AND the mega menu feature is not working. I am not sure on these since I have been working on getting them going for a little bit now. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
